5 Using the appliance functions Fast cooling/freezing The fast cooling/freezing functions allow larger quantities of food, e.g. after a shopping trip or freezing pre-cooked meals, to be cooled more quickly. The temperature of the re- frigerating zone is lowered to the coldest value for 24 hours and similarly the temperat- ure of the freezing zone is lowered to the coldest value for 54 hours.
– A 6-digit PIN appears in the display of the appliance. ▸ Enter the 6-digit PIN in the V-ZUG App and confirm the bluetooth pairing request. – The name of the active WLAN/Wi-Fi appears in the V-ZUG App and then you are prompted to enter the WLAN/Wi-Fi password.

▪ Store food that releases moisture in closed containers or covered in the refrigerator compartment. Moisture reduces the cooling capacity. ▪ For ideal air circulation: Do not store food and food items too close to each other. ▪ Turn the SilentPlus and V-ZUG-Home functions off when not in use. Care and maintenance Cleaning For the hygienic storage of food, the interior should always be kept clean.
10 Noises and warnings Ensure that no cleaning water runs through the defrost drainage channel into the evaporation tray. Risk of causing damage to the appliance. Defrosting The fully automatic NoFrost system keeps the freezer compartment frost-free. The appli- ance regularly defrosts automatically, rendering manual defrosting unnecessary. Keep the collection channel and the drain pipe clean so that the water can flow un- impeded.
