DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS
AND P.C. BOARDS
1-1; TOP CABINET AND FRONT CABINET
(Refer to Fig. 1-1)
. Remove the 4 screws ©.
. Remove the Top Cabinet in the direction of arrow (A).
. Remove the Angle Deck in the direction of arrow (B).
. Disconnect the following connector: (CP651 3 pins and
CP652 4 pin).
. Unlock the 2 supports @.
. Remove the Front Cabinet in the direction of arrow (C).
. Remove the 6 screws @) and remove the Operation 1
PCB.
8. Remove the screw ® and remove the LED PCB.
9. Remove the 4 screws © and remove the Operation 2
PCB.

1-2: LOCATION OF P.C. BOARDS (Refer to Fig. 1-2)
CAUTION: BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE OR
REPAIR ANY PCB, UNPLUG THE POWER
CORD FROM THE AC SOURCE.
LED PCB
1-3: BOTTOM CHASSIS (Refer to Fig. 1-3)
1. Remove the 2 screws @.
2. Unlock the 2 supports @.
3. Remove the Bottom Chassis in the direction of arrow.
Bottom Cabinet

1-4: FLAP (Refer to Fig. 1-4)
1. Open Flap to 90° and flex in direction of arrow (A), at the
same time slide in direction of arrow (B).
2. Then lift in direction of arrow (C).
1-5: DECK CHASSIS (Refer to Fig. 1-5)
1. Remove the 3 screws @.
2. Remove the screw @.
3. Remove the 3 screws @) and Case Shield Ass'y.
4. Remove the Deck Chassis in the direction of arrow.
