Cleaning
Cleaning
If cleaning is required by the application, the following must be observed:
• Cleaning agents must comply with the materials of the unit (chemical resistance). Mainly
The cleaning process must be done in a way, that:
• The cleaning agent cannot enter into the unit through the lid sealing or cable gland
• Leaves the lid sealing, cable gland, and all other parts with no mechanical damage
Units with EHEDG (EL class I) certification, which are used in the respective EHEDG
application, must be cleaned according to the respective regulations.
The device has been developed for Cleaning in Place (CIP) application and must not be
dismantled for cleaning.
