12. Remove the inner cover by unscrewing t he six M 5 screws
s ituated two at the top , t wo at the centro i.lnd two at t he
bottom.

The appliance can be f lued in one of three directions. right ,
lett or rear . Select t he flue direct io n required. Flu e
posit ions not required must be blanked off and sealed with
the two blanking off c aps and silicone sealant supplied.

Both side fiue positions must be blar'lked off:-

Apply a smear ot silicof'e sealant around the inside of each
socket on either side oft he boiler casing. Press a blanking
off cap into each socket and t ight en the clamping sc rew
on tt1e sock et. Remove any surplus sealant. See Fig . 5.
Iii) Replac e t he c abinet side panels. Locat e the bottom key
hole slot over t he M5 screw ar1d tigl"'1en . Screw t he M 5
captive extension screw atthe top inside edge of each side
panel t o the rear oi the appliance .
(iii) Fit theM 5 hexagon headed sc rew - previously retained ,
to the front inside edge o1 each s ide panel and locate it t o
th e electrical control panel.

lil A blanking o f f cap must be fitt ed int o the aperture in the
wall mount ing plate before fixing it 10 1he wall. This

Suppbed w ith the appliance is a ' 1 :! in. Rp x 1 5 mm sph~ ric;~ l
ball plug valve. This should be connected to rhe Y2 in. R
connect ion o f the mains cold water inlet filter body .. On
the left hand side of the filter body is a pl ugged 'A in . Rp
connection and is for the fitting of a wat er pressure lim iting
device, should this be necessary . •

16. Connect the mains lead to a 3 pin plug f used at 3 amps.
The socket for the plug should be an unswitc hed shuttered

17. Test the gas pipework for soundness in coccordance with
BS 6891 .
