Sabbath Mode
The Sabbath Mode sets theoven t oremain o nina bake setting
until turned off.
When t heSabbath Mode isset, o nly theBake cycle will o perate.
Allother c ooking and cleaning cycles a redisabled. Notones w ill
sound, and thedisplays willnot i ndicate temperature changes.
When t heoven door i sopened orclosed, theoven light w ill n ot
turn onoroff, a nd theheating elements willnot t urnonoroff
immediately.

12-Hour S hutoff
The oven control issettoautomatically shut o fftheoven 12hours
after t heoven initiates acook orclean f unction. This will n ot
interfere with any timed ordelay c ook functions.

OvenTemperature OffsetControl
IMPORTANT: Donotuseathermometer tomeasure oven
temperature. Elements will c ycle onandoffasneeded toprovide
consistent temperature butmay runslightly h otorcool a tany
point i ntime due tothiscycling. Most t hermometers are slowto
react totemperature change a nd will n otprovide a naccurate
reading d ue tothiscycling.
The oven provides accurate temperatures; however, itmay cook
faster orslower than your p revious oven, sothetemperature can
beadjusted topersonalize itforyour c ooking needs. Itcanbe
changed toFahrenheit orCelsius.
To Adjust Oven Temperature:
1. Press CLOCK/TOOLS until "TEMP CALIB" is displayed.
2. On some models, press "1" to adjust the drawer temperature
calibration. Press START, wait 10 seconds for the display to
change, and then continue with Step 3.
OR
Press START to adjust the oven temperature calibration. Wait
10 seconds for the display to change, and then continue with
Step 3.
3. Press the "3" keypad to increase the temperature in 5°F (3°C)
increments, or press the "6" keypad to decrease the
temperature in 5°F (3°C) increments. The offset range is from
-30°F to +30°F (-18°C to +18°C).
4. Press START or CANCEL UPPER to exit and display the time
of day.
