When anomalies in the functioning of the machine are found, adjustment or repair must only be performed by qualified and trained personnel. Otherwise, especially for anomalies involving electrical parts, request the intervention of the ICE technical assistance centre. When replacing parts, request original spare parts from our dealer or our assistance service.

The batteries must be disposed of in a safe manner, fully observing the laws and regulations in force. Disconnect the battery before cleaning or maintenance.

MACHINE PREPARATION 5. BATTERY FITTING (SWEEP 50B VERSION) The machine can be supplied with batteries included. If using a battery other than those supplied with the machine, check that the size is suitable for the battery compartment Perform a battery charging cycle before using the machine. The batteries must be housed in the appropriate compartment beneath the recovery tank, and must satisfy the requisites of Standard CEI 21-5.
MACHINE PREPARATION To connect the battery charger you must: 1. Make sure the main switch is in the “0” position 2. Move the machine near to the battery charger 3. Open the hood of the machine 4. Disconnect the battery connector (2) from the electric system (1). 5.

DAILY MAINTENANCE PERFORM ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS IN SEQUENCE 1. FILTER CLEANING (VERSION WITH FIXING TAB) Proceed as follows to clean the suction filter: 1. switch off the machine 2. Remove the debris hopper 3. Lift the filter shaker (a) and lock it in the raised position with the special pin supplied with the machine.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE 1. SIDE BRUSH ADJUSTMENT The brush height adjustment is made by means of screw (a) inside the support bracket (b) of the brush. The brush must be compressed against the ground for about 2 cm. 2. CENTRAL BRUSH ADJUSTMENT The central brush should operate flattened to the ground by 7/8 mm.
