Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Otofonix Hearing Aids for whatever reason,
you have 45 days to return it for a full refund. We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the
date of delivery. All products MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for proper processing.
Products returned without an RMA may incur a 20% No-RMA Fee.
To receive an RMA and return instructions, please email us at info@otofonix.com or call us at
(704)380-0508. We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
You must contact customer service for an RMA before mailing.
