How to Charge the Hearing Aids The hearing aids come almost fully charged. We recommend you charge the hearing aids after daily use. It will take approximately 2 to 3 hours for them to be fully charged. Once charged, it should last about 15 to 18 hours, depending on the volume and program settings.
▪ Always turn off your hearing aids when not in use to optimize battery life. ▪ To extend the overall life of your battery, DO NOT store your Groove for more than 1 month without charging.
How to Power On/Off To Power On: Press and hold the upper portion of the Rocker Switch for about 3 seconds to POWER ON. The device is equipped with a power-on-delay function which allows you time to put the device on your ear. When the device is turned on, it will flash Green.

Domes Different Domes can completely change the sound and feel of your hearing device. An Open Style Dome has large vent holes and is intended for people with the typical mild to moderate high frequency hearing loss who do not need much amplification in the low frequencies.

Daily Care & Maintenance Your Otofonix Hearing Aid is a delicate electronic device, so it is very important that you keep it clean and dry. Any moisture can have a negative impact on the hearing device. Moisture prevention is helpful to extend the lifetime of the device.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Otofonix Hearing Aids are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date you receive your order. If our examination determines that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials, or workmanship, we will repair or replace it for free. However, this warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or mistreatment of your device, such as physical shock, damage from moisture or sweat, excessive wax build-up, or tampering with the device, all of which void the warranty.

Return Policy Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Otofonix Hearing Aids for whatever reason, you have 45 days to return it for a full refund. We are unable to honor return requests after 45 days from the date of delivery.
Wax or debris in the ear canal or sound tube, can cause whistling. Clean the tubing/dome (See Page 34) and ear canal, and replace tubing/dome if they appear worn.
