This may look like just a cut, but it is a serious injury that can result in amputation. Get immediate surgical treatment. • Do not point dispense valve at anyone or at any part of the body.

If you are unsure of how to do this, see the Series 250 instruction manual 312495 for these instructions. NOTE: Throughout these instructions, parts that are reused for the new hose reel installation and not included in this kit, are identified using alpha characters CORRECT...
- Page 4 6. Secure spool against pedestal with C-Clamp (F 8. Remove nuts (k) securing guide arm (m) to reel pedestal (n) (F . 5) and remove guide arm. These parts will not be reused. Never allow the reel to spin freely. Doing so causes the hose reel to spin out of control, which could cause serious injury if you are hit by the hose or other moving parts.
- Page 5 Assembly 8. Complete hose reel installation using the installation instructions provided in the LD, SD and XD Series Hose Reel Instruction manual. Unless otherwise noted, see F . 8, page 6 for these instructions. 1. Install pawl (q), bushing (r) and spring (s) on guide arm (1) using washers (5), bolt (6), washer (8) and Incorrect nut (7).
