9.0 Disposal

The symbols below mean that in accordance with local laws and regula• ons your product should be disposed of separately from
household waste. When this product reaches the end of its life, take it to the local collec• on point designated by local authori• es.
The separate collec• on and recycling of your product at the • me of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is
recycled in a manner that protects the environment.
Ensure you are the legal owner of the product prior to arranging for the product disposal in accordance with the above
recommenda• ons and na• onal requirements.

In the following sec• on, there is a descrip• on of the materials used on the wheelchair, in view of the disposal or recycling of the
wheelchair and its packaging.
There may also be special local regula• ons in force with regard to disposal or recycling, these must be taken into account when
disposing of your wheelchair. (This can include the cleaning or decontamina• on of the wheelchair prior to disposal).

Disposal or recycling should be done through a licensed agent or authorized place of disposal. Alterna• vely your wheelchair may be
returned to your dealer for disposal.
