Place the plastic locking arm onto the locked pin. The plastic
locking arm is located under the bottom cover near the front of
the drive (see Figure 5-16).

5. Place the locking arm lever back onto the unlocked pin. Only
Stepper phase LED QA will be on (see Figure 5-17).
6. Reconnect the connector at J4 on the power supply PCB.
NOTE
The heads are now positioned over track 192 (300
octal). To verify the alignment only, omit steps
7 and 8 and proceed to step 9.
