5.4 BELT REPLACEMENT (DG 118-001740)
1. Power down the drive and remove the bottom cover (see 5.3).
CAUTION
Do not turn the pulley counterclockwise. This
can damage the read/write heads. Observe the
direction label on the bottom of sealed data
module for pulley direction.
2. Turn the sealed data module pulley clockwise (see Figure 5-4) and
apply downward pressure on the belt until the belt slips off •
