Use with retractive Switch
In situations where the Whale Sense is used with the Whale Instant Match without a PIR the
following option is available when using a retractive switch.
The retractive switch may be connected either to the Instant Match or the Whale Sense as shown
below. This gives additional flexibility when installing Whale Sense and Instant Match where a
retractive switch is being used.

The operation of the retractive Switch is identical whether fitted to Instant Match or Whale Sense:
Short Press (less than 2 seconds) = Solenoids are opened Long Press (More than 2
seconds) = Solenoids are opened, and the pump runs for 30 seconds
