AVVERTENZA: rimuovere le uova usando ad esempio una presina per proteggere le mani dal
vapore caldo.
Sollevare lentamente il coperchio, tenendolo rivolto dalla parte opposta, per consentire al
vapore di fuoriuscire verso la parte posteriore. Prestare attenzione anche alla condensa che si
è accumulata all'interno del coperchio.
• Rimuovere con cautela le singole uova o l'intero portauova con il contenuto.
• Immergere quindi le uova in acqua fredda per evitare che si cuociano troppo.
NOTE: When removing the eggs use a potholder or similar to protect your hands from hot
steam.
Remove the cover slowly, angled away from you, so that the steam escapes towards the back.
Be careful of the condensed water that has collected on the inside of the cover.
• Carefully remove the individual eggs or the entire egg rack and its contents,
• then rinse the eggs under cold water to stop them cooking further.
