    4.1 General Instructions The System-Korund K must always be parked on a level and firm ground. The folding System-Korund 450 K may only be parked with folded-out wing sections. The folding System-Korund 600 K, -750 K and –900 K can be parked in folded-in as well as in folded-out position.

    System-Korund K may only be parked with folded-out wing sections, if stands are not fitted or they are not set to parking position. Warning: The System-Korund 450 K may only be parked in folded-out position. Detach the System-Korund K as follows: Set tractor hydraulics to "Position control".

    4.4 Stands With the exception of the System-Korund 450 K, all folding System-Korunds K can be parked in transport as well as in working position. In order to ease the attachment and detachment of the System-Korund K, at the front of the frame stands are provided, which must be set to parking position before parking.

    4.4.2 Rear stands The System-Korund 750 K and -900 K are equipped with an additional rear stand, which consists of a supporting frame. The supporting frame supports on the frame of the middle section or sections.     5 THREE POINT LINKAGE CONNECTION 5.1 General Instruction The category of the three point linkage connection must correspond to the implement and the tractor. If there is no correspondence, either the tractor three point linkage must be adapted or the drawbar (2) and if required the top link pin (4) of the implements must be replaced by a suitable version.

    7 BASIC ADJUSTMENT 7.1 General Instructions Before any basic adjustment the track scrapers must be adjusted clear of the ground. Otherwise an exact basic adjustment isn’t possible. The track scrapers will be adjusted last. The adjustment of the System-Korund K takes place on level and firm ground. Fit drawbar (2) so that the tractor lower links (3) are approx.

    7.4 Cutting bar as levelling bar If required the cutting bar (13) can be positioned from scraper to grade position. This is recommended in light soil conditions. For the adjustment the cutting bar (13) must only be fitted in a 45 ° displaced position by means of removing the bolts (17) and turning the cutting bar (13) correspondingly.

    7.6 Harrow sections The System-Korund K can be equipped with Gamma tine sections (GZ) or duck foot share sections (GFS) with shear bolt or Non-Stop safety device. Generally the sections are recommended with duck foot shares, which shall be used in stony conditions with Non-Stop safety device, only.

    7.8 Pressure load on the rollers The tractor hydraulic must be set to floating position during work. By means of the position of the top link the pressure load will be varied on the rollers (29). A high pressure load will be reached with a flat postition of the top link (1). With a steep positioned top link a reduced pressure load on the rollers will be achieved.

    8 TRACK SCRAPERS The track scrapers (30) should be set approx. 2 - 5 cm deeper than the track bottom. A too deep setting results in bringing too much wet soil to the surface. Set track scrapers to required depth by displacing the pin (31). After loosening the bolt (32), the track scraper can be shifted along the carrier (33) to suit the prevailing tractor wheel track.

    10 DEPTH CONTROL WHEELS The System-Korund 750 K and – 900 K seed bed combinations can be equipped with depth control wheels (ST1) which ensure better depth guidance. The depth adjustment of the depth control wheels occurs by means of the pin adjustment (ST2) with pin (ST3).
