RC UNIT BUTTON FUNCTIONS
1. TEMPERATURE INCREASE BUTTON
Each time the button is pressed the temperature value increases by 1 °С
within a range of +16 t. +31 °С. The temperature setting is displayed on
the RC display and on the indoor unit front panel display.
2. TEMPERATURE REDUCTION BUTTON
Each time the button is pressed the temperature value reduces by 1 °С
within a range of +16 t. +31 °С. The temperature setting is displayed on
the RC display and on the indoor unit front panel display.
3. ON/OFF BUTTON
Press the button to turn the AC unit on, press again to turn it off.
4. "ECO" BUTTON
Press this button in the cooling mode to increase the temperature by 2
units depending on the current setting.
Press this button in the heating mode to lower the temperature by 2
units depending on the current setting.
5. "MODE" BUTTON
Each time the button is pressed the operating mode of the AC will change
in the following order: FEEL / COOL / DRY / FAN / HEAT / ECO. The relevant
button will appear on the display (see Table 1).
In the automatic mode the AC will automatically select the cooling or
heating mode depending on the indoor temperature, creating a com-
fortable environment for the user. The target temperature will not be
displayed and cannot be changed.
In the fan mode only the indoor unit fan is activated. In this mode the AC
does not maintain the temperature in the room. The target temperature
will not be displayed on the RC displayed and cannot be changed.
ATTENTION! The AC does not provide an intake of fresh air!
6. "SLEEP" BUTTON
Press this button to activate the nighttime mode, the
appear on the display and the indoor unit front panel display will turn
off. In this mode the indoor unit fan will rotate at a low speed.
7. "SPEED" BUTTON
Each time the button is pressed the indoor unit fan speed (and the
exhaust air velocity) will change in the following order: "Auto" / "Low"
/ "Medium" / "High".
The fan speed setting will appear on the RC display (see Table 1). The fan
speed in the automatic mode will depend on the difference between the
target temperature setting and the indoor air temperature. The automatic
mode is not accessible in the FAN mode.
8. "HORIZONTAL FLAPS " BUTTON
Press this button to activate the swinging motion of the horizontal flaps
of the indoor unit which will change the vertical direction of the exhaust
air. Wait until the flaps reach the desired position and press the button
once again to stop the swinging motion.
Avoid operating the AC for extended periods of time in the cooling and
drying modes with the airflow directed downwards to prevent the for-
mation of condensate on the flaps. Do not adjust the flaps manually to
prevent damage to the mechanism.
9. "SMART" BUTTON
Function not supported.
10. "TURBO" BUTTON
Press this button in the cooling mode to activate the lowest possible
temperature setting: +16 °С. Press this button in the heating mode to
activate the highest possible temperature setting: +31 °С.
11. "VERTICAL FLAPS " BUTTON
Press this button to activate the swing motion of the vertical flaps of
the indoor unit which will change the horizontal direction of the exhaust
air. Wait until the flaps reach the desired position and press the button
once again to stop the swinging motion.
12. "DISPLAY" BUTTON
Press this button to turn off the backlight of the indoor unit front panel
display; press the button once again to turn the display back on.
13. "TIMER" BUTTON
TO SET THE AUTOMATIC AC STARTUP:
To program the startup time make sure that the AC is shut down. Press
the "TIMER" button, set the temperature with the / button, press the
"TIMER" button again, set the time with the / button by repeatedly
pressing the button until the time to startup appears on the display.
IMPORTANT! Select the operating mode with the MODE button and the
fan speed with the SPEED button before setting the automatic startup.
Turn the AC off by pressing the "ON/OFF" button.
Note:
– In order to cancel the automatic startup function press the "TIMER"
button once again;
– In case of a power failure the automatic startup timer will have to
be set again.
TO SET THE AUTOMATIC AC SHUTDOWN
The shutdown time is set when the AC is operating. Press the "TIMER"
button, set the time with the / button, then press the button re-
peatedly until the time to automatic shutdown appears on the display.
Note:
– In order to cancel the automatic startup function press the "TIMER"
button once again;
– In case of a power failure the automatic shutdown timer will have
to be set again;
– As long as the current time setting is right, the RC unit off timer (clock
function) can be set to 30 minutes.
