Problem
There is water next to
the capsule in the fabric

Possible cause and solution
The CapDosing sensor control was not activated or
an empty capsule was not removed at the end of the
last wash program.
Activate the CapDosing sensor control when a
capsule is next used.
Remove and then dispose of the empty capsule at
the end of each wash cycle.
The small pipe in the detergent drawer onto which
the capsule is placed is blocked.
Clean the small pipe.
Switch the washing machine off and then back on
with the button.
Note the message in the display.
Touch the Start/Stop sensor control.
The drum continues to spin and the program contin-
ues.
