Bold type indicates the name of a button to press or touch.
•
Underlining is used to emphasize a word or term.
•
Italic type is used for the text associated with symbols such as
Notes to visually bring the information to your attention.
•
Italic type is also used to indicate names, such as the name of
a chapter, or the name of a screen.
•
Procedures direct you to press buttons located on the Control
Panel, and touch buttons located on the Touch Screen.
•
Text referring to illustrations or screen samples precedes the
image.
•
Text in [Square Brackets]: Indicate that these are names of
the screens, tabs, buttons, features and option categories on
the screen. They are also used when referring to file and folder
names on a computer.
For example:
•
Click [Browse] to specify a folder on the CD-ROM.
•
Click [Have Disk].
