A wall-mounted isolator switch, rated for the specific model of oven installed, must also be available to isolate the oven entirely from the electrical supply in an emergency. -

Ensure that the locking casters are locked into position. For hygiene reasons, MONO Equipment highly recommends thoroughly wiping the inside of the oven and all accessories with a clean cloth soaked in warm, soapy water before using the oven for the first time. - Page 18 Quick Start Guide Mono Harmony Deck Oven (FG257 USA) Select the High Level Settings option.
