Cutter preparation

1. Take the side frame pieces [A] and place them with the casters upwards.

2. Place the Central Support Brace [B] in between the side frame pieces [A].
Using the Allen screws (4x) and washers (4x) hand tighten the support
brace to the side frames [C], then using allen wrench fully tighten all fixings.

3. Place the base panel [D] onto the bottom of the stand, align all fixing
holes and screw it loosely in place using remaining type screws (4x) [E],
then fully tighten all screws.
4. Turn the assembly over with casters on the ground.
