Remounting - Suzuki LT-Z400 2003 Service Manual

REMOUNTING
Remount the exterior parts in the reverse order of removal. Pay
atlention to the following points:
FOOTREST
• Apply THREAD LOCK "1342" 10 Ihe bolts (j) and tighlen bolts
to the specified torque .
• 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK " 1342"

Footrest mounting boll: 55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 Ib-It)
MUD GUARD REINFORCEMENT
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER "1322" or "1342" 10 the mud
guard reinforcement mounting bolts (2),
.99000-32050: THREAD LOCK " 1342" (USA)
.99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER " 1322" (Others)
