• Remove the water pump cover.
• Remove the snap ring
CD.
water pump driven gear (%), pin @
and washer @.
• Remove the E-ring @. impeller @, and water pump body (f).
• Remove the bearing using the special tool.

NOTE:
If there is no abnormal noise, bearing removal is nol necessary.
I CAUTION I
The removed bearing must be replaced with a new
one.
• Remove the mechanical seal using the special tool.
