Es sind die nationalen Vorgaben im Betreiberland zu beachten. Daten- und/oder Steuerleitun- gen sind in einem Mindestabstand von 10 cm zur Netzversorgung zu ver- legen.

    Informationen für das Service-Personal Wartung GEFAHR! Elektrische Spannung im gesamten Gerät! Bei Wartungsarbeiten, die das Öffnen des Geräts erfordern, ist das Gerät spannungsfrei zu schalten. Siehe Seite 12. Eventuelle Schutzvorrichtungen (z.B. Filterscheiben) nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wieder montieren. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass das Gerät zur Erhaltung des ordnungsgemäßen Zustandes alle 12 Monate (ab Inbetriebnahme) wiederkehrenden Prüfungen durch unseren Kundendienst oder eine zugelassene Fachfirma zu unterzie- hen ist!

Wenn an den Geräten gearbeitet werden soll, müssen diese freigeschaltet werden. Das bedeutet, dass alle spannungsfüh- renden Leitungen ausgeschaltet werden müssen. Nur das Ausschalten des Gerätes ist unzureichend, da an be- stimmten Stellen noch Spannung anstehen kann.

    Demontage Demontage In diesem Kapitel wird die Demontage vollständig beschrieben. Für die Demontage werden mindestens vier Monteure benötigt.     Demontage Acrylglas-Liegescheibe und Seitenteilscheibe ausbauen – Oberteil öffnen. – Schrauben der Acrylglas-Liegescheibe lösen. – Verriegelungen der Seitenteilscheibe um 90° drehen: zuerst außen, dann in der Mitte. – Seitenteilscheibe öffnen. Werkzeug: Innensechskantschlüssel 4 mm – Acrylglas-Liegescheibe öffnen. – Lampenabdeckungen entfernen. – Zwischenscheibe herausnehmen.

    Demontage HINWEIS: Die spätere Montage der Liegescheibe ist einfacher, wenn die Abdeckkappen am Drehprofil demontiert werden. Am endgültigen Standort des Gerätes muss jedoch an Kopf- und Fußende ausreichend Platz für die Montage der Ab- deckkappen vorhanden sein. – Die Kappen an Kopf- und Fußende des Profils losschrauben.     Demontage Steuerung ausbauen Gilt nur für Geräte mit AQUA / AROMA SYSTEM: – Vier Schrauben abschrauben und Halterung (AQUA / AROMA SYSTEM) herausnehmen. Werkzeug: Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher Nr. 2 oder Akku-Schrauber mit PHZ-Bit 2 – Haltewinkel an der Steuerung losschrauben. – Die oberen Stecker an der Steuerung ausstecken. Werkzeug: Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher Nr.

    Demontage – Stecker ziehen. – Steuerung herausnehmen. Teileträger ausbauen – Klebestreifen an der Kante des Teileträgers entfernen. – Stecker des Gerätelüfters ausstecken. – Klammern an der Rückseite des Teileträgers lösen. – Teileträger herausziehen und wegtragen. HINWEIS: Der Teileträger wiegt über 60 kg. Wenn verfügbar, einen Rollwagen für den Transport verwenden.
