Error message Cause Solution(s)
When a problem / error message persists after multiple attempts
to count the banknote and you have ensured that the machine
settings are correct and the banknote quality is acceptable, the
banknote may be a suspected counterfeit. Present the note to
your bank to have the banknote officiallty assessed.
