Solution(s)
- Sort the banknotes
per denomination if
you are counting in
'sort' mode.
- Always feed the
notes in the middle
of the hopper, use
the hopper guides to
center the notes.
- When counting
polymer notes, due
to the window in
the note it may be
seen as 'incomplete'
note if it passes the
height measuring
sensors. Re-count
the banknote to see if
the problem persists.
