Note: The basket and the ingredients are hot after frying. Depending
on the type of the ingredients in the appliance, steam may escape
from the basket.
12. After the cooking is done, the appliance is instantly ready for
preparing another batch of ingredients if needed.
Note:
1.
Basket 1 and basket 2 can be used separately. According to the
ingredients, you can only choose one basket to do your cooking.
2.
After basket 1 is started, if you have other ingredients to cook, you
can use basket 2. Set the menu or temperature/timer for basket 2,
then press the button " ". The basket 2 will start working.
3.
When cooking in both zones, more cooking time will be needed.
4.
Power off memory: If the appliance is being used with an accidental
power off, the appliance will return to the state before the power
failure as long as the power is reapplied within 30min.
FRYING TIPS
1. The optimal amount for crispy fries is 500 grams for basket 1 and
300 grams for basket 2.
2. Add 3 more minutes to the preparation time when the appliance is
cold, or you can also let the appliance preheat approx. 4 minutes
without any ingredients inside.
3. Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the reparation
time. To shake or turn over the ingredients, pull the basket out of the
appliance by the handle and shake it or turn over the ingredients by
fork (or tongs). Then slide the basket back into the appliance.
4. You can also use the fryer to reheat ingredients. To reheat
ingredients, set the temperature to 150°C for up to 10 minutes.
5. Products with crust of dry breadcrumbs will get crispier by spraying
them with a little vegetable oil.
6. Place a baking tin or an oven dish in the appliance if you want to
bake a cake or quiche or other fragile ingredients.
7. Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in
the appliance.
