Shipping and packaging

Description
The drive systems are put together on an individual basis.
Please pay attention to the handling notes on the packaging in which the motor is delivered.
Handling notes and their meaning
Checking the delivery for completeness
• Upon receipt of the delivery, check immediately whether the items delivered match the
accompanying documents.
Note
Siemens will not accept any claims for missing or incorrect items submitted at a later date.
• Report any visible transportation damage to the delivery company immediately.
• Report any detectable defects or incomplete delivery immediately to the sales partner
responsible for you.
