Electrical connection -

This appliance complies with all relevant Directives and Standards.
The dishwasher must be earthed and connected to a suitable earthed and switched socket. The plug and
socket must be easily accessible after installation.
• The electrical connection must comply with current local and national safety regulations (BS 7671 in the UK).
• Your machine is set to operate at 220-240V at 50Hz and is supplied with a 13amp plug. Use fuse: 13amp
ASTA (BS 1362).
• Make sure that the electrical information on the rating plate agrees with the power supply. If not, contact a
qualified electrician.
• If you are in any doubt whether or not the mains wiring is earthed, please have the wiring system of the
building tested by a qualified electrician. LAMONA cannot be held liable for the consequences of an
inadequate earthing system (e.g. electric shock/fire).
• Do not connect the appliance to the mains electricity through an extension lead or multi-adapter.
• Do not connect through energy-saving plug devices (E.g. timers). The appliance will not function correctly
and may overheat.
• Only connect to the mains electricity supply when installation is completed.
• Avoid damage to the mains plug and cable. Should these need replacing, contact
a LAMONA Authorised Service Agent or a suitably qualified person.
• The plug and socket must be accessible after installation.
Once your dishwasher has been installed and is connected to the mains supply, check that it is
working correctly.
