If your dishwasher is not filling with water, it may display an E:02 fault code. This indicates no water supply. You should check that the water valve is on and the fill hose is not kinked. If small particles are left on items due to insufficient water fill, check mains water pressure and ensure the fill hose is not kinked.
For detergent, any brand of powder, gel, and all-in-one tablets designed for household dishwashers may be used. Always use detergent according to the manufacturer's instructions. For rinse aid, only use dishwasher rinse aid. For optimum performance, it is recommended to use separate detergent, salt, and rinse aid.
If your dishwasher is not draining water, check the drain hose for kinks/blockages. If spray arms are not working properly, check that the nozzle holes are not blocked with food debris and clean them periodically. Ensure the filter system is clean by removing any accumulated food debris and cleaning the filters periodically.
An audio signal with an interval of 10 seconds warns you to switch your machine off when the selected washing programme ends. This warning lasts for 5 minutes and then turns off. This is a normal end-of-programme alert.
You should add granular dishwasher salt to the salt reservoir located at the bottom of the dishwasher. You need to check and re-fill it every 30 days or if the display shows the salt indicator (S). After filling, always run a programme cycle.
Pre-rinsing is not recommended as it leads to higher water and energy costs. You should instead scrape all food waste and debris from plates before loading them into the dishwasher.
