To disassemble the Pro-Form 520X treadmill for moving, follow these steps:

1. Lower the Incline: Adjust the treadmill to the lowest incline position to prevent damage.
2. Unplug the Power Cord: Disconnect the treadmill from the power source.
3. Fold the Treadmill:
- Hold the treadmill at the designated locations.
- Bend your legs and keep your back straight to avoid injury.
- Lift the treadmill using your legs.
- Move your right hand to the appropriate position and hold firmly.
- Use your left hand to pull the latch knob to the left and hold it.
- Raise the treadmill until the catch passes the latch pin.
- Slowly release the latch knob, ensuring the catch is securely held by the latch pin.
4. Protect the Floor: Place a protective material under the treadmill to prevent floor damage.

These steps allow you to safely prepare the treadmill for moving.
