The tab on the cassette
To avoid erasing a previous recording, do as follows;
Push the plug.
Break out the tab.
To re-record, replace the

with a piece of plastic tape.
To check the tape slack
Turn the reels with a finger
in the direction of arrows.
The tape does not have any
slack if the reels do not turn.
