    ASSEMBLY THE MACHINE MUST NOT BE PLUGGED IN AND THE POWER SWITCH MUST BE IN THE OFF POSITION UNTIL FULL ASSEMBLY AND ALL ADJUSTMENTS ARE COMPLETE.
