"L RUN" LED of master station
goes off *1
Is test mode switch OFF?
Is data link stop ON?
Turn on data link restart*2

*1: "L RUN" LED will not light up immediately after the CPU reset is cancelled.
*2: When restart and stop of data link is simultaneously turned ON, the data link stop precedes another.
