10. CHANNEL PRESETS
The three channel oreset buttons can be
used to store, 6 AM and 12 FM stations, First
select AM, FM1, or FM2 by pressing the
AM/FM. AM, FM1, or FM2 will be displayed
Tune the desired station and depress one
of the channel preset buttons. Hold the but-
ton until a beep is heard and sound retrirrrs
The channel number and station freqrr<lrrcy
will be displayed. The station is now lrcltl in
memory. Repeat this operation for othrlr r;lit
tions and bands
To tune a desired station, press ilro r:or-

11. A UTO ME M OR Y
This is particulary useful when driving in an
area where you do not krrow the local sta-
tions. Supplemental AM/FM stations can be
memorized in addition to tlrc ltreset stations.
Press and hold AUTO M lor atrout two sec-
onds. The system will automatically scan and
temporarily store the six strortr;est stations
of the selected band in that aroir Atter scan-
ning is completed, the strongost station will
be tuned and.its frequency will bc displayed.
