Combining Cabinets
a.
Install the cabinets one by one.
b.
Install connecting plates between cabinets.
If the cabinet is
installed against a
wall, install only
the front
connecting plates.

Installing Cables

Remove the cover from the PDU.

Remove the cable gland nuts from the top of the cabinet based on site.
(1) Ground cable outlet (gland: M40)
(2) Positive cable outlet (gland: M40)
(3) Neutral cable outlet (gland: M40)
(4) Negative cable outlet (gland: M40)

Remove certain gland sealing plugs based on the actual cable specifications.
Route the cable through the gland nut and sealing plugs.
Mark the DT terminal direction. Ensure that the installation surface
of the DT terminal is parallel to the copper bar.
b.
Cut the cable and crimp the cable terminal.
c.
Connect the cable to the copper bar.

Reinstall the sealing plugs. (The rubber plugs must be completely
inserted into the gland to facilitate the reinstallation of the gland nut.)
e.
Reinstall the gland nut with a torque of 8 N· m.

Communications Cable
When reinstalling the communications cable box, prevent the cable
box from pressing the cables.
RS485 cables and FE cables must be shielded cables.
Do not bind communications cables and power cables together.
