TIPS FOR MORE ACCURATE READINGS:
• Wait 1 hour after exercising, bathing, eating, drinking anything with
alcohol or caffeine, or smoking before using the blood pressure
monitor.
• Sit quietly and rest for 15 minutes before each reading.
• During the measurement, sit with feet flat on the floor and avoid
the
following:
- talking
- moving your arm,
hand,
or legs

touching the cuff or monitor during measurement

Set the Date

Make
sure
the
edge
of the cuff is

palm.

there is no extra
space between the cuff and the wrist.
While seated with your wrist
