Load Calibration

The load or brake contribution must be calibrated due to the variations in the mechanical construction of the
brake and the Arc engine assembly.
The display acts as the interface to allow the entry of these values in the controller where they are stored.
In the Text Area, display "LOAD CAL X" where X is the calibration number 1 – 3. The acutal calibration value
is displayed in the RESISTANCE window.
Value can be adjusted by the control keys or keyed in directly form the keypad.
Press ENTER to accept what is displayed and move on to the next value.
LOAD CAL 1 = AAA
LOAD CAL 2 = BBB
LOAD CAL 3 = CCC

Charge State

The real-time charge state of battery charger.
0 - OFF (not being charged)
1 - FULL CC (charging with constant current - stage 1)
2 - FULL CV (charging with constant voltage - stage 2)
3 - FLOAT CV (fl oat charging, battery is topped off - stage 3)
4 - CHK (potential problem)
5 - ERR (defi nitive problem)

Battery Voltage

The present voltage measured on the battery. The battery voltage measurement can range 00.0 to 25.5.

Battery AMPs

The real-time charge current for the battery/charger. Reads the actual battery Amps 0.00 to 2.55.

Battery Level

The computed level of the battery charge status.
0 - Unknown
1 - Full
2 - Med
3 - Low
4 - Flat (very low, but possible to recharge)
5 - Dead (likely unable to resurrect with charger)
6 - Open (Unplugged or wiring or battery damaged)

Power Source

The source of power for the controller and console.
UNK - LCB can not determine source
BATT - Pulling all power from the battery
GEN - Using the internal generator
AC - Using the optional AC adapter
