Selecting one of the options provides access to the specified file types which can be uploaded
from, or downloaded to the USB memory stick. The specified file type can also be deleted from
the controller's local memory.
The following examples demonstrate the transferring of job files. The process for transferring
other file types follows the same process.
† Transfer from USB
To transfer job files from the USB memory stick to the controller's local memory, press the
'Transfer from USB' button.
Tools > Data Management > Job > Transfer from USB

The files available on the USB memory stick are displayed. Select the files to be transferred,
and can be used to select/deslect the complete list. Press

All files associated with the 'Job' file, for example font and calendar files, will also be transferred
to the controller's local memory.
