Wait approx. 1 minute until both the green and
orange LEDs light up continuously. The unit is
now connected to the server. If this is not the
case, please reset the unit (see section „Help
with connection problems / resetting the connec-
tion").
Visit https://westfalia.obd.help/login (alternati-
vely use the QR code opposite or the link in the
registration confirmation sent to you). You can
use any internet-capable device regardless of the
operating system.
Log in with your e-mail address. If you are regis-
tering for the first time, please also enter your
personal password.
After logging in, select the registered device that
you have set up. If you have several units in use,
they will be listed accordingly. Devices that are
online are displayed with a green signal icon (
Units that are offline are indicated by an exclama-
tion mark as shown in the adjacent illustration.
In the following screen, you can either have the
vehicle to be coded recognised automatically
or by entering the vehicle identification number
(VIN) yourself. If not all the data is available from
the VIN, you can also select the corresponding
vehicle manually. The data of the selected vehicle
is summarised on the next screen.

Help with connection problems / resetting the connection
If you want to use the „Autocode Remote" in another network
(e.g. on the road) or if problems occur during pairing, you can
reset the device without any effort. To do this, connect the 16-
pin OBD connector to the OBD port of a vehicle as previously
described. Use the supplied reset pin or a paper clip and press
the reset switch for 2-3 seconds and then release. Then re-
connect using a smartphone or tablet as described for the initial
setup.

You can then choose from a variety of possible
codings for the selected vehicle. Once you have
made your selection, it will be displayed with the
corresponding price.
Important: Invoices are issued in Euro, prices in
other currencies are calculated using a conversi-
on factor and are therefore approximate values.
In the last window, you still have to enter a few
details that guarantee the proper execution of the
service. After you have also confirmed this dialo-
gue, the service ticket will be presented to you in
a summarised format. With „Create" you commit
to your selection at the indicated charge. Coding
will begin a few minutes later, while you have
permanent direct access to a service technician
via the chat function if required.
