Guarantee terms
Biamp guarantees that a product that Biamp regards as faulty, due to manufacturing defects or defective materials, will be
repaired or replaced, if necessary, free of charge, providing that a claim is lodged within the guarantee period, which is three
years. The guarantee expressly excludes normal wear.
If a claim is made under the guarantee, the product and the original copy of the receipt/bill of sale are to be returned to
Biamp or to the reseller. The supplier's name and the date of purchase must be clearly legible on the receipt. The owner is to
defray the cost of dispatch, while Biamp pays the cost of returning the product.
Biamp's guarantee does not apply: If the product has been installed and/or used in a manner that does not comply with the
user instructions, or has been fitted with unsuitable materials. If the product has been modified or repaired by personnel
other than a Biamp employee or service personnel authorized by Biamp. If the defect has occurred as a result of external
circumstances not related to the product, such as lightning, water leakage, fire, friction, storage in extreme temperatures,
weather conditions, solvents, corrosive product, incorrect utilization or neglect.

Hereby, Biamp, declares that EasyConnect MPX 200 ECM1001EU/UK/US is in compliance with Directive 2014/53/

Recycling
This product bears the selective sorting symbol for Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This means
that this product must be handled pursuant to European directive 2012/19/EU in order to be recycled or dismantled
to minimize its impact on the environment. User has the choice to give his product to a competent recycling
organization or to the retailer when he buys a new electrical or electronic equipment.
