Click TCP/IP. This will bring up the
page to the right.
Click STATIC IP and fill in the
information provided by the IT or
Network Administrator.
Once the actual IP Address has
been written down, open
DEVICES AND PRINTERS by
clicking the Microsoft Orb in the
bottom left corner.
Click on the DEVICES AND
PRINTERS line. Highlight the
same printer to be controlled by
this computer and right click.
Click on the PRINTER
PROPERTIES line.
