Precautions
¢ A"CLASS 1 LASER PRODUCT" label is affixed to the bottom
of the player.
¢ The Pioneer CarStereo-Pass is for use only in Germany. CLASS 1
LASER PRODUCT
* Keep this manual handy as a reference for operating procedures and
precautions.
* Always keep the volume low enough for outside sounds to be audible.
* Protect the tuner/CD player from moisture.
* If the battery is disconnected, the preset memory will be crased and must be
reprogrammied.
In case of trouble
Should this product fail to operate properly, contact your dealer or
nearest authorized Pioneer Service Center.
Using the AUX mode
It is possible to use auxiliary (AUX) equipment with this product.
Activate the AUX mode when using external equipment with this
product.
AUX mode ON/OFF Switching
While pressing button 7, turn the ignition from OFF (Lock) to
ON (ACC) position.
Selecting the AUX Mode
Press the SO button to select AUX.
« AUX cannot be selected with the remote controller.
AUX title Input
The display title for AUX mode can be changed. See "Disc title
Input" on pages 82-85 for input procedures.
