Cause
Perform a communication again.

[T] at time of transmission, the procedural signal has been transmitted more than speci-
fied.
[T/R] the modem speed does not match that of the other party.

[R] at time of reception, EOL cannot be detected for 5 sec (15 sec if CBT).
