Decide on the position of the hole for the air outlet: the hole must
be in the ceiling, according to your requirements, but must be in
vertical line with your hood. Bear in mind that the hood can expel
air through the top air outlet only.
Fitting under kitchen unit
Remove the grease filter.
Remove the 2 thumb screws(M4*8) securing the extractor
frame to the hood.
Create an opening for the ducting hose and drill 4 screw holes
(Screw M4*35/4pcs) on the cabinet board per the dimension
shown on drawing below.
Make a hole for the electrical cable to feed through.
Lift the cooker hood towards the cabinet board, align it with
the holes made in step 3, feed the electrical cable through the
hole made in step 4. If you are connecting the cooker hood to
external ducting , then secure the ducting hose to the coupling
on the appliance. One person should support the hood, the
other person should secure the hood using 4 screws(M4*35)
from the cabinet top. Make sure that all of the support screws
are fully tightened.
Refit the extractor frame using 2 thumb screws(M4*8)
Refit the grease filter.
Installation is now complete
