 Do not leave frying pans unattended during use since
overheated grease or oil can catch fire.
 Do not flame under the extractor hood.
CAUTION: removable parts may become hot when
the appliance is in use.
Important! Disconnect the fuses before carrying out
installation and maintenance of the appliance.
 The extractor hood must be installed in accordance with
the installation instructions detailed in this manual.
 A competent person or a qualified electrician should
carry out installation.
 Pay attention to the sharp edges inside the extractor
hood, especially during installation and cleaning.
 The minimum distances between the lowest part of the
hood and the stove used must be respected:
o Gas hobs: 75 cm
o Electric hobs : 65 cm
o Coal or oil kitchens: 75 cm
 Make sure that the ducts are not bent, as this will reduce
the efficiency of the extractor hood.
 Always place lids on pots and pans when cooking on a
gas hob.
 When it is in extraction mode, the hood is removing air
from the room. Please make sure that the room has
adequate ventilation.
 If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or qualified persons. Never replace it
yourself.
