water, white stains often appear on the dishes. In this case, it is recommended to add
more detergent for best results.
Chlorine-free detergents only bleach a little. Strong, coloured stains are not completely
removed. In this case, choose a program with higher temperatures.
USE OF COMBINED DETERGENTS 3 IN 1
Apart from traditional detergents (containing only one component), there are a number
of detergents on the market that combine different components and functions. These
products often contain, apart from the detergent itself, the rinse aid and substitutes for
the descaling salt (3in1) as well as, other combinations (4in1, etc.) which include glass
protector and supergloss for steel parts. Combined detergents usually perform their
functions only up to a certain degree of water hardness. Beyond this degree of hardness,
salt and polish must be added.
If combined detergents are used, the washing program is automatically adjusted so that
optimum washing and drying is always achieved.
Before using these products, check that the water hardness is compatible with the use
of these products according to the detergent manufacturer's instructions (on the
product packaging). In addition, check whether your model has the 3-in-1 function to be
able to use this type of combined detergent.
These products must be used strictly in accordance with the detergent manufacturer's
instructions.
If you have problems using "3 in 1" products for the first time, please contact the
detergent manufacturer's customer service.
When combined products are used, rinse aid and salt lights are no longer useful. It may
be useful to select the lowest possible setting for water hardness.
When using combined detergent, it is recommended to select function 3 in 1. To do this,
press the power button and select the wash cycle by pressing the ALT button until the
3in1 indicator lights.
To cancel the "3in1" function, please follow the detailed instructions below (How t o
cancel an ongoing program).
Please check if your model incorporates the 3 in 1 function. Otherwise we
suggest not using this type of detergent.
If you cancel the function, please fill in the salt and rinse aid compartments. Adjust the
hardness level to the highest position for at least 3 normal no-load cycles. Subsequently,
re-adjust the water hardness according to the conditions of your region.
