Reporting Accidents
Report to your manager or to your
IBM
site all accidents, possible hazards, and
accidents that nearly occurred.
Remember: An accident that nearly
occurred can be caused by a design
problem. Quick reporting ensures quick
solving of the problem.
Report also each small electric shock,
because the conditions that caused it
need only differ slightly to cause serious
injury.
