Figure 2-5 shows the 4643 control panel . Table 2-3
lists the functions of the controls and indicators .

Function
Illuminates when the printer is on
line. Pressing the switch will alter
nately place the printer on line and
off line.
Illuminates when a fault is detected .
Pressing the ALARM/ CLEAR switch
clears the printer logic .
When actuated this momentary
switch advances the paper one line if
the printer is in an off line condition .
If the switch is pressed and held , it
will continue to advance paper until
released. This switch is disabled
when the printer is on line.
When actuated this momentary
switch advances the paper to the
top-of- form if the printer is in an off
line condition . If the switch is
pressed and held , it will continue to
advance paper until it is released .
This switch is disabled when the
printer is on line .
