(О insert a 1/2" О.р. X 1 3/8" LONG METAL SPACER. (68) into a PULLEY (17).. Insert the Pulley into the top of the TOP
MAST SECTION (14) and using
à 3/8" X 2" HEX HEAD BOLT (48), bolt ir place-by-belting-through the top of the Mast and
then through the Pulley. Secure with a 3/8" NYLON LOCK NUT (45).

LJ Drape the LONG CABLE (12) over the PULLEY (17).

Cap the top of the MAST TOP SECTION (14) with а 1 1/2" SQUARE PLASTIC INSERT CAP (56).
L} Press 1" ROUND PLASTIC COVER CAPS - (9-1 Written Inside) (59-A) into each end of the LAT BAR (18). Apply a small
amount of liquid dish detergent to each end of the Lat Bar and assemble the FOAM GRIPS (19) onto each end of the Lat Bar.
[] Thread a 5/16" NYLON LOCK NUT (30) onto an 5/16" X 1 3/4" EYELET BOLT (34) - а// the way to the top of the threads -
and then insert the Вой down through the top of the center hole in the LAT BAR (18). Secure with a 5/16" ACORN NUT
(36).

C] inset S-HooKS (70) through the one loop end of each CABLE (12) and (13).
USING MAST ASSEMBLY
STEP
1
ROWING
AND
CURLS
Insert the Mast Assembly into the MAIN FRAME (3). Connect the loop of the LONG CABLE (12)
into the 5/16" X 1 3/4" EYELET BOLT (34) on the LEG EXTENSION (8). Connect the S-HOOK (70)
end of the LONG CABLE (12) to the loop end of the SHORT CABLE (13) and then connect the
S-Hook end of the SHORT CABLE (13) to the LAT BAR (18). With this configuration, Rowing and
Curl Exercises may be performed.
Free weights can be loaded on either or both the WEIGHT PIN
(7) or the WEIGHT BAR (10).
STEP 2
LAT PULL DOWNS
To do Lat Work, either sitting or standing; connect the LAT BAR (18) directly to the S-HOOK (70)
end of the LONG CABLE (12). Load weight on either the Leg Extension WEIGHT PIN (7) or the
WEIGHT BAR (10).
