When measuring ratios (in dB) between the displayed power level and the
actual power level for different output power levels of the tunable laser
source, the power linearity is ± half the difference between the maximum
and the minimum value of all ratios.

Uninterrupted tunable laser source output power, constant wavelength
setting, constant temperature.
The uncertainty in reproducing the power level after changing and
resetting the power level. The power repeatability is ± half the span
between the highest and lowest actual power (in dBm).
